The Global Sources Electronics Design Awards is the annual celebration of the finest electronics made by verified suppliers from China and other regions in Asia.
Submission of entries start on July 1, 2011
This year's Awards cover today's hottest products:
• Consumer Electronics
• Computer and Networking products
• Telecom and Wireless products
• Security Products
• Solar & Energy Saving products
Winners and runners-up will be selected based on the following criteria:
| • | Technical design (i.e. hardware and software design – originality, technology, components, development, enabled features, hardware/software co-design, R&D process) |
| • | Features and functionality (i.e. uniqueness, innovation, usability, relevance of feature-set) |
| • | Visual appeal appeal (i.e. creativity, ergonomics, housing, attractiveness) |
| • | Commercial success (i.e. commercial value, product concept, marketing strategy and partnerships, sales strategy and channels, pricing strategy) |
