Machinery/Production Process
- Advanced crusher assures the consistent distribution of particle size of presintered powder by wind-selecting raw material
- Excellent fine miller precipitate tank with mixer assure the normal distribution of the slurry, which results in uniform density and consistent properties of the magnet
- Equipped with water cooling magnetizing coil, the advanced automatic and semi-automatic pressers with the press from 100 to 200 tons can be used to produce high-precision magnet with large center angle, big thickness or great arc height
