Okkaido Electronics handles our manufacturing operations while Shenzhen Kingsun takes care of procurement, sales and trade services.
A decade of export experience
Exporting since 1995, we now have an annual sales volume worth $40 million. We supply to buyers in 32 countries -- 40 percent of our output goes to the US and the UK, 50 percent to Europe, the rest to Canada, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Strong production and QC capability
We operate three factories in South China, where we make our Okkaido and Kingsun branded products and produce in volume for OEMs. We test all raw materials and key components thoroughly before starting production to ensure quality. And just recently, we purchased several chemical analyzers so we can do RoHS testing in-house. Two minutes is all it takes to scrutinize all six hazardous substances; SGS takes two weeks to complete its RoHS report. We inspect product samples using AQL 1.5/4.0 and 2.5/4.0 values. Every month we ship eighty 20- and 40-foot containers, with a delivery lead time of 20 days.
