Source your PCBs and mechanical parts from us, and different divisions are aligned to provide an extensive range of fabrication, engineering and machining services: Our SMT capabilities cover 0201, lead-free and flip-chip technologies, and our advanced testing equipment includes AOI, ICT and X-ray machines. Our plastic injection molding division is aligned with injection machines, PU spray painting lines, spray painting lines in white room and ice water cooling system. A special production line is also built to take out and slice the material grain there.Our metal stamping division is equipped with equipments sourced from Taiwan and Japan, CNC process center, silk machines and drilling machines.In our mold tooling division, we use Pro-Engineer professional software for effective design support. Full sets of equipment such as high-speed CNC machines, 3D laser measures, slow walk silk courting machines, NC courting machines and more are introduced to guarantee no slowdown and assured quality. With the installation of EROWA grips on related equipment, we can control the process accuracy within 3 ums. We welcome any quantity prototype orders as well as trial orders.
