Office and QC Dept come together to observe and check the suppliers in periodicity and randomly, so as to control the material quality from the source, then purchase against at the principle of "compare quality, compare prices, compare service". PMC Dept, uses the ERP system to observe and check at real time to meet any emergency. All material warehouses prepare for the material and implement to dispatch material at real time in order to hold the pass before all the making process of production.
