Facts About Baby toy sets
Toys have existed for as long as humanity. Thousands of years ago, Egyptian children played with dolls made of stone, pottery or wood. In ancient Greece kids played with bows and arrows, yo-yos and dolls made by their parents from wax or terracotta.
As civilization progressed, so did toys. Now they are usually made from plastic, cloth or synthetic materials. They are also typically mass produced. This change is exemplified in one of the oldest, most universal of all toys: dolls. The earliest dolls were simply wooden carvings or human-shaped bundles of grass. Over the centuries, they got moveable joints, painted faces and fancy clothes. In the 19th century, they began to speak, with the introduction of dolls that could say "mama". Today, computerized dolls walk, cry, crawl, recognize objects and speak every language on the face of the earth.
