Carrier tape embossing machine

South Korea – SeongHan Technology has introduced model SHT-S56-96, a carrier tape-forming machine that generates 350m per hour.

The product has a programmable PLC control system, 90W 3-phase geared-brake motor and four 300W single-phase cartridge heaters. It uses conductive and nonconductive PC, PET, PS and PVC as base material. The tape produced can have a width of up to 56mm with a maximum pocket depth of 18mm.

The 1,400x1,200x800mm model weighs 150kg. It runs on a 3-phase 220VAC 50/60Hz power supply.

Price and payment terms are provided on inquiry. The minimum order is one unit, for delivery within 50 days.

Established in 1994, SeongHan also manufactures packing machines and semiconductor equipment. The ISO 9001:2000-certified company exports mainly to North America and Asia.
