	Classic designs and neutral hues will be a staple at the show, but brightly colored embellished models will steal the limelight at the daily Fashion Parades.

Models that fuse form and function will be popular at the China Sourcing Fair: Fashion Accessories on April 20 to 23 in Hong Kong.

Highlighting the latest trends in head-, eye- and footwear, bags, jewelry, and cosmetics, exhibitors at the China Sourcing Fair: Fashion Accessories will adopt materials that enhance durability, style and comfort.

Makers are modifying travel bags and suitcases, particularly the handles, to minimize strain and stress. New designs are now more ergonomic, and have streamlined and aerodynamic outlines. External embellishments such as geometric patterns and ornate details are forecast to attract visitors at the four-day event’s daily Fashion Parades.

Jewelry pieces that come in assorted natural, precious and semiprecious materials will be showcased in exhibitors’ booths. Expected to shine the brightest are tiaras with imitation gems, earrings, necklaces, and alloy bracelets adorned with rhinestones. Some participants will be using capiz and coconut shell, wood, and different locally sourced or recycled materials in nature-inspired designs.

Umbrella makers, meanwhile, will be introducing a variety of styles with pongee, polyester-cotton, POE and polyester canopies, including fashionable lace-trimmed and embroidered models.

With the “green revolution” influencing buyer attitude, cosmetic suppliers are offering makeup and skin care preparations containing natural, organic and mineral ingredients. These will be sharing display shelves with traditional variants. Some products will be compliant with international environment-protection standards.

This year’s spring edition of China Sourcing Fair: Fashion Accessories will feature manufacturers from the Greater China Region. They will be joined by makers from India, the Philippines, South Korea and other Asia hubs. OEM providers to major brand names in the US, Europe and Australia will likewise be among the lead exhibitors. Some companies will be marketing their in-house brands as well.
