- ThermaTwin is the ideal multi-purpose tool for temperature measurements
- It contains two reliable sensors:
- An infrared sensor made through a micro machining thermopile process
- A teflon-coated stainless steel probe, which acts as a thermocouple
- This dual function tool fulfills most temperature measurement requirements
- The non-contact IR sensor can be used for instantaneous, hard-to-reach, and surface-oriented measurements
- The thermocouple functions as the dual of the former: accurately measuring subsurface temperatures

- ThermaTwin implements an innovative technology, placing integrating two sensors seamlessly into one package
- They share the same preamplifier, precision analog to digital converter (ADC), CPU, and LCD
- Thus, making the cost of the thermometer the same as if there were only one sensor

- Simple use the ThermaTwin's metal rod to touch that object to get the (contact) temperature, then use the non-contact sensor to obtain that surface temperature
