Taiwan – Sharlight Electronics Co. Ltd offers model SLE-200CW, a series of high-power LED emitters that is die-bonded with Cree CZ600 and EZ1000 chips, and provides 1 and 3W output power.

The product has 350mA DC forward, 500mA peak pulse forward and 350mA average forward currents. Its electrostatic discharge voltage is about 16,000V. It stores in temperatures within -40 to 105 C, and withstands 145 C LED junction and 105 C aluminum core PCB temperatures. It may be die-mounted onto aluminum PCBs for better heat dissipation.

Minimum order is 1,000 units, delivered in 30 days.
