YF International Ltd has released model 80T-1, a 14.5mm-thick mobile Internet device equipped with a SiRF 3i+-based GPS receiver operating on WinCE .Net 6.0 core version.

The ultraslim model runs on a 600MHz ARM11 dual-core processor with SiRFprima chipset. It offers 2 to 4GB MLC flash memory and 128MB Mddr RAM. The unit comes with a 4.3in WVGA LTPS LCD with 16:9 aspect ratio and 800x480-pixel resolution. It supports Wi-Fi, USB 2.0 and Bluetooth.

The 108x75.60x14.50mm product is designed with a built-in antenna and speaker. It weighs 158g.

A non-removable rechargeable 1250mAh Li-polymer battery powers the device.

Each package includes a mini USB cable, stylus, car charger, cradle, mounting bracket and user's manual. An AC/DC adapter and TMC support are optional.
