Mainland China – MP Mfg Ltd offers 5x8in MUD insert molds that feature detailed cavities. The core and cavity are made of imported P-20 steel. The product is suitable for use with 08/09 MUD frames. MP sources its materials from LKM, DME, Mold Master and HASCO. It uses 3D CNC machines from Switzerland to produce molds with exact dimensions. Buyer-specified materials and designs are accepted. An online project tracking system is available so customers could track the mold-building process anytime. The company conducts a six-hour trial production for each mold to ensure quality.
