China (mainland) – Forefront Electronic Technologies Co. Ltd is offering PCB assembly services and can produce PCBs with one to 20 layers, including 12 to 20 layers prototypes. The PCB comes in 400mmx500mm dimension and are made from FR-4 materials. It has 0.4mm to 4mm board thickness and 0.2mm to 6mm drill hole size. Its trace width/distance is 0.076mm/1oz to 2oz, 0.2mm/3oz or 0.3mm/4oz. Soldermasking and silkscreening are available. Optional surface finish includes HASL, OSP, electroless immersion tin/gold/silver plating.

The PCB comes in black, white, yellow, red, blue or green finish. It meets UL and RoHS standards. An order of 99 sets can be delivered in 10 days.

The manufacturer also conducts plastic injection, metal diecasting, and metal process such as punching, extrusion, notching, bending, sheet stamping, forging and welding. It has one-stop PCB centers.
