Key Specifications/Special Features:

• Insulation resistance of adjacent opened terminals shall not be less than 50 Mega ohms when measured with 500V resistance meter
• Connector shall withstand 500V (RMS) between adjacent opened terminal for one minute
• Contact resistance of normally closed terminals shall not exceed 0.03 ohm when measured at a current of one ampere by voltage drop method
• Conduct Heat / Cold test shall be in the chamber temperature of 85 deg C +/- 2 deg C and -35 deg C +/- 2 deg C degrees Celsius of less than 50%RH for 96 hours, insulation resistance shall not be less than 30 Mega ohms
• Humidity Test at temperature 40 deg C +/- 2 deg C relative humidity of 90% to 95%RH for 96 hours, insulation resistance shall not be less than 30 Mega ohms
• Dried at room temperature for 30 minutes, insulation resistance shall not be less than 30 Mega ohms
• Connector shall withstand 5,000 cycles of insertions and withdrawal with testing plug contact resistance shall not exceed 0.1 ohm
