Companies are procuring raw materials overseas to improve performance of new releases.

  • Better performance: China suppliers of solar panels are procuring silicon cells from Germany to use in upcoming units. Doing so can raise power transfer efficiency to 17.5 percent, which is 1 percent higher than locally made products.
  • Sturdier designs: Stainless steel is also adopted for the frame as it can withstand strong winds better than aluminum alloy. Some models also utilize glass thicker than 3.5mm.
