Taiwan – CviLux Corp. offers the CSTP Series of 4mm square trimming potentiometer made from UL 94V-0-compliant cermet materials. Each model in the series is designed with a 240deg angle and supports single-turn circuit adjustments. It has 10ohm to 2Mohm resistance, ±20 percent resistance tolerance and 500V dielectric strength in 60s at sea level. Its power rating is 0.25W at 70 degrees Celsius or 0W at 125 degrees Celsius.

Each unit has a temperature range vibration of -55 degrees to 125 degrees Celsius at 20G (±1 percent TRS, ±1 percent VRS). It withstands thermal shock range of -55 degrees to 125 degrees Celsius at 30min per five cycles (±2 percent TRS, ±1 percent VRS) and high temperature exposure of up to 125 degrees Celsius for 250hrs. Its low operating temperature is -55 degrees Celsius at 0.25W in 45min.

The product is compatible with surface mount manufacturing processing and vacuum pick-and-place equipment. Lead-free IR reflow processed versions are available.
