Our strategies now involve automating several production processes. R&D is also being boosted, as we consider having strong capability key in increasing competitiveness. Professional teams are a must for the industry, so we are taking steps toward this too.
Product safety is the key issue for the healthcare line, so we perform a lot of steps to ensure high quality.
First, we select highly qualified workers and procure automatic production equipment. We have also established a professional QC team capable of tracking down the cause of any quality issues, whether it is on the supplier or manufacturing end.
Further, various tests are performed on new models before they are available for purchase.
I believe that manufacturing is the cornerstone of every industry and selecting the right location is vital. We always examine the specific strength of the location.
Shanghai, for example, is a good place for R&D and marketing so we have made it the focus of our product development efforts. Zhejiang, on the other hand, has labor and land cost advantages that make it suitable for manufacturing.
We consistently focus on the needs of our customers, giving them better service and developing more products to keep them satisfied. Many of the latest models represent a back-to-basics approach, which we feel is very important now.
Suppliers in many industries nationwide are experiencing the labor shortage and rising raw material costs. We are implementing many methods of coping with these. Sometimes, challenges also provide good opportunities.
I respect all of my competitors and try to learn from their experiences.
