China (mainland) – The EA8800 from East Electronic System Technology Co. Ltd is a modular uninterruptible power supply (UPS) featuring a DSP control and a dual-conversion design with an output isolation transformer. The UPS features a user-upgradeable system based on a true online topology design that provides a high power density with small footprint and low heat dissipation. It supports triple phase-in, triple phase-out; triple phase in, single phase-out; or single phase-in and single phase-out selectable settings. Its power factor input reaches up to 0.98 with a THDI of less than 8 percent, allowing it to provide stable voltage and frequency even when the main power is off.

The IP30-rated tower-type UPS is equipped with RS-232, RS-485 and USB ports. It comes with sixteen serially connected 12V maintenance-free sealed lead-acid batteries with a total voltage rating of 192V DC. It integrates a fan with adjustable speed. It has short-circuit, overload, over-voltage, low-voltage, battery low voltage and over temperature protection.

The soft-starting UPS issues an alarm during abnormal AC input, low battery voltage, overload and system failure. It has online static bypass switch (uninterruptible transfer) and double conversion feature. Its rectifier power input is less than 0.98 or 0.95 at 160V to 280V AC or 380V AC (±25) at 40Hz to 70Hz input range. Its floating voltage is 220V DC and charge current is 8A. Current harmonic distortion is 10 percent. Overload capacity is 105 percent at 125W load for 10min, 125 percent at 150W load for 1min or more than 150 percent for 1s. Operating temperature range is 0 degree to 40 degrees Celsius with up to 90 percent non-condensing humidity.

The device comes in 330x940x670mm or 480x1150x860mm dimensions. It meets IEC 60664-1 and GB7260.2-2003 requirements. Also on offer are models 8804, 8806, 8810, 38810, 38815, 38820 and 38830. These come in 4kVA, 6kVA, 10kVA, 15kVA, 20kVA or 30kVA capacity.

The minimum order is 20 units and delivery lead time is 25 days.
