Yealink Network Technology Co. Ltd’s IP Media Phone VP-2008 is an IP media phone equipped with H.264BP, H.263 and MPEG-4 compression technology. The stylish notebook-type unit has a CMOS camera and a 7in color TFT LCD with 300,000-pixel resolution. It also functions as speakerphone, IPTV, Internet browser, MP3/MP4 player and photo browser. The model allows users to send and receive e-mails, as well as push text, audio and video to mobile phones. SMS, online advertisement, weather report and groupable enterprise phone books are supported. The IP media phone supports SIP v1 (RFC2543) and v2 (RFC3261), and registers up to four SIP user accounts. It also supports outbound proxy mode, STUN mode at NAT, peer-to-peer SIP link mode, TFTP/DHCP/PPPoE client, Telnet/HTTP server, DNS client, NAT/DHCP server and QoS. Its built-in voice codecs include G.711, G.723.1A/iLBC, G.726, G.729AB and GSM. VAD, CNG, AEC, PLC and AJB are supported. Call features include hold/wait and transfer/forward functions, caller ID and call list display, and speed dial and redial. It supports 3-way video conference with PIP and video softphone client.
