Shipping Policy

For in-stock orders, the items will be shipped within 3 working days after the payment has been processed.

For pre-order (future-stock) orders, the items will be shipped within 3 working days once they have arrived at the company’s warehouse. Regarding the release date, the company will always provide customers with an estimated time frame, but the actual delivery date will depend on the manufacturer’s schedule.

The shipping fee for each order is determined by the weight of the machine model, the contents of the order, and the destination country/region. Customers should consult the company to obtain the detailed fee information.

Deposit Policy

For some special orders, we support the customers to pay the deposit first to lock the order (50%). Upon receiving the delivery notification, the customer must pay the remaining balance within 3 business days. If there are special circumstances, the customer must inform us in advance for negotiation.

If the final payment is not made within 1 week after notification, the customer will incur an additional $20 per unit storage fee. If payment is not received within 2 weeks, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded due to the customer’s reasons.
