Ltd's InGaN-based UV LED with a water-clear lens, the RL-S3535UV270nm, has 265, 275 or 395nm wavelength, 5 percent optical attenuation, 180-degree viewing angle and 1.5mW/sr radiant intensity. Its power rating is 4 to 12mW. The operating and storage temperatures are -30 to 75 C and -45 to 80 C.
