This single-stage AC-DC transformer controlling IC from Shenzhen DongKe Semiconductor Co. Ltd incorporates a 700V power transistor, and primary peak current detection and side current regulation control circuits. The last ensures constant current and voltage control, and also includes a self-power circuit.
The patented integrated CMOS design eliminates the need for external and additional winding power supplies, and external components. It also has an internal constant high voltage current driving circuit, and a PMW oscillation circuit with frequency jittering control, respectively doing away with additional resistance and keeping EMC characteristics.
The unit has 85 to 265VAC input voltage, and ±2 percent CV and ±5 percent CC accuracy. It comes with overcurrent, -loading, -heating, -voltage, and LED short- and open-circuit protection. The model is subjected to the 4kV anti-static ESD test.
Shenzhen DongKe's monthly output can reach 20 million ICs and 1 million power supplies. The products are marketed under the in-house DongKong and YongXin brands.
