PT Adhouse Clarion Events (PT ACE) is one of Indonesia’s leading event organizers, producing and delivering innovative, market-leading B2B, B2C and B2G events. We specialize in providing connectivity and business-critical insights across communities of buyers and sellers in different market sectors.

We are a truly local business, with 30 years of operation in Indonesia, supported by the international infrastructure of the wider Clarion Events Group, with 950 employees based in 14 offices worldwide. In January 2017 Clarion Events Asia, part of the global Clarion Events Group – a leading event organizer, producing and delivering innovative, cutting-edge events since 1947 – formed PT Adhouse Clarion Events (PT ACE), a joint venture between Clarion Events and PT Adhouse Indonesia Cipta, a local organizer whose events include the Indonesia Property Expo (IPEX), the largest biannual property show in Indonesia.

Through PT ACE, we will bring global event brands to the world’s fourth most populous country. Our mission is to be part of the country’s economic transformation that will see this vibrant nation of 280 million people become the world’s fifth-largest economy by 2030.

To support Indonesian's growth, PT ACE will introduce a number of B2B conferences and large-scale exhibitions over the next two years. As the professional organizer of an international trade show, we observe, and expect our exhibitors to observe, high standards of legal compliance. This means we are committed to ensuring that the lawful rights of intellectual property owners are respected and that complaints of intellectual property violations are investigated and appropriately dealt with in a timely manner. At the same time, we need to ensure that the interests and activities of our exhibitors are not unduly interfered with by unfounded infringement complaints.

Accordingly, we have established an Intellectual Property Compliance Policy containing detailed procedures and requirements for the fair, prompt and expeditious handling of intellectual property infringement complaints against our exhibitors.

If you have any infringement complaints against our exhibitors, you may contact our on-site legal team at the Fair Management Office within the venue. However, you are advised to read our Intellectual Property Compliance Policy carefully to ascertain what types of evidence and documents will be required, as we may refuse to process your complaint unless you have the necessary evidence and documents with you.
