1.What is the minimum order quantity for customized products?

The MOQ depends on the product type and customization complexity. Usually, for the customization of standard products, our MOQ is 500 sets/style. But we understand the needs of new customers, and for simple designs or standard fabrics, we are willing to provide more elastic MOQ solutions.

2.Can we visit your factory?

Of course! We warmly welcome potential customers and partners to visit. Please make an appointment with us in advance so that we can arrange for relevant personnel to receive you and prepare a productive visit schedule for you.

3.What are the payment methods available?

We accept PC, Visa, T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P,and PayPal for online purchases. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Corporate Checks.

4.How long does the production cycle usually take?

The production cycle depends on the number of orders, the complexity of product processes, and the current production schedule. Regular orders are usually completed within 30-45 days. Large quantities or complex process orders may take 45-60 days or longer.

We can arrange trade terms such as FOB, CIF, or EXW according to your needs. We cooperate with multiple reliable international freight forwarders to provide sea, air, or courier services.
