Global Sources free shuttle bus service
Global Sources will provide free shuttle bus service during the show to and from AsiaWorld-Expo (the show venue). Admission badges are required for boarding the buses. This service is on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be accepted. This service is provided for passengers only and not for transportation of goods. Hand baggage which exceeds 56cm X 36cm X 23cm will not be allowed to carry onboard. Show Management has sole discretion to deny access to the bus service. See below:

Complimentary Round-Trip Airport Express Tickets
AsiaWorld-Expo has a convenient in-venue MTR station on the high-speed Airport Express line. Connections between the Airport Express and the MTR network offer easy access to all major destinations in Hong Kong.
How to Redeem Your Complimentary Round-Trip Airport Express Ticket
1) Registered buyers receive one complimentary round-trip AEL ticket per day during the show period.
2) Redemption is available only at the Global Sources Counter located in Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station.
3) Please present your Badge Redemption Code/confirmation email/paper badge to collect the ticket.

Special Fare for Same-Day Return Trips to AsiaWorld-Expo (Airport Express)
If you do not redeem the complimentary Airport Express round-trip ticket, you can still travel using an Octopus card and enjoy the special same-day return fare – simply pay the outbound journey normally, then receive an automatic partial refund on the return journey.
To enjoy the offer, you must:
1. Use the same Octopus to travel to and from AsiaWorld-Expo on the same day
2. Stay in AsiaWorld-Expo for a minimum of one hour between exiting and re-entering the station ticket gate. Any excess fare will be refunded at the return trip exit gate

• For passengers whose boarding and destination stations of Airport Express Line are different, the total fare will be calculated as the average of the fares for the two journeys.
• The journey time is subject to the actual traffic and service schedule provided by service provider. Global Sources shall not be liable for any loss caused by any delay or change of schedule.

Walking Directions to Terminal 2 (around 15 minutes)
Taxi
Passengers can take a taxi directly to the venue. The taxi stand is located near the East Entrance. AsiaWorld-Expo is served by both urban (red) and Lantau (blue) taxis.
Parking Facilities
There are two public car parks near AsiaWorld-Expo: the 11 SKIES North and South car parks, which are open 24 hours.
