Shenzhen Tenda Technology Co. Ltd’s newly released model AC18 Wi-Fi router has a transmission speed of 1,900MBps. The dual-band unit supports beamforming technology, which enhances wireless bandwidth adoption and avoids interference by focusing on the target Wi-Fi receiver instead of broadcasting the signal in all directions. The product has three copper antennas that cover a larger area and allow the device to perform four times faster than regular wireless routers. It utilizes a Broadcom ARM Cortex-A9 dual-core CPU, and packs 256MB DDR3 and 128MB NAND flash.

The energy-saving model works with the Tenda app, which lets the user set a Wi-Fi schedule.

Shenzhen Tenda employs 1,000 personnel.
