The model has 12mcd luminous intensity and 640nm dominant wavelength. The forward voltage is 1.8V and the reverse current 50µA. Per segment, the maximum power dissipation is 60mW, the peak forward current 100mA and the forward current 25mA. The unit operates in -40 to 80 C.
