1080p pedestrian detection camera

Model AD-A32-1 from Stonkam Co. Ltd is a pedestrian and vehicle detection camera with a detection range of 0.5m to 20m. The camera can be installed at the front and side of a vehicle. It has audio output and sends out an alarm to warn the driver when pedestrians or vehicles are detected to avoid accidents.

The ISO 16750.3- and IP69-rated camera has a 6mm lens with a horizontal viewing angle of 52 degrees and resolution of 1920 x 1080p. It can be adapted for use in advanced driver assistance systems in various vehicles including buses, coaches, trucks, and construction machinery. It has a USB 2.0 interface and can be connected to Wi-Fi modules.

Unit dimensions are 95x60x70mm and weight is 500g. The minimum order quantity for this model is two units and the lead time is between three and seven days.

Pedestrian detection cameras or systems are important elements of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) which are designed to avoid collisions between vehicles and pedestrians. Market analyst firm Mordor Intelligence forecasts a 15.5 percent CAGR for pedestrian detection systems from 2022 to 2027 amid increased awareness on road and passenger safety as well as more government regulations on road safety. Mordor projects the sector to rise to $14.41 billion by 2027 from its value of $6.97 billion in 2021.
