This 16-layer PCB in 2+N+2 structure from Sunshine Global Circuits Co. Ltd has immersion gold surface finish and hard gold finger beveled edge. It has resin-filled buried and copper-filled laser-drilled holes.

The controlled-impedance unit has 3 and 4mil minimum line width and spacing, 0.2mm minimum plated-through holes and 0.3mm BGA size. The solder mask is in matte green.
