This 20-layer PCB from Cheer Time Enterprise Co. Ltd adopts a Tg170 FR-4 base and has 3µm immersion gold and 200µm electroless nickel surface finishes. It has 5 and 4.5mil minimum line width and spacing, 0.35mm minimum hole size and 1 or 2oz copper thickness. Controlled impedance is ±10 percent.

The 3.2mm-thick unit can be used as a load, burn-in or socket board. Dimensions are 600x570mm.
