Xinsheng Electronics' RF connector features a fast-lock coupling structure and can be used with bunched coaxial cables.

The 500V-rated model has 0 to 3GHz frequency range, 50ohm impedance, and ≤3mohm and ≤2mohm center and outer contact, and ≥1,000Mohm insulation resistance. The withstand voltage is 1,000VAC/min and the drain current ≤5mA. VSWR is ≤1.15 at 1.8 to 2.7GHz. Phase difference is ≤±1.5 degrees at 2.7GHz.

The unit has a center contact stability of ≥22N axial displacement at ≤0.25mm. Its coupling tensile resistance is 1,500N, and tensile and torsion resistance of the cable and connector coupling parts are 100N and 0.8N•m.

The center contact is made of gold-plated tin bronze, and the outer contact 1 and 2 of brass and tin bronze with ternary alloy coating. The body is nickel-plated brass, and the other metal components in the same metal with ternary alloy surface treatment.

The IP67-rated connector has a silicone rubber O-ring and PTFE insulator. It operates in -55 to 85 C, 8 to 98 percent humidity and 70 to 106kPa atmospheric pressure. It meets the 96-hour neutral salt spray test requirements and is shock-resistant as well. The mechanical life span is ≥100 cycles.
