Ltd consists of three chips with red, blue and IR colors and respective wavelengths of 630 to 640nm, 458 to 463nm and 840 to 850nm, and luminous flux of 500 to 700mcd, 450 to 600mcd and 10 to 20mW/sr lumens. The viewing angle is 120 degrees.
