This component includes an on-cell touch panel, and has an RM67195 driver IC and a FT3D47 touch IC. Its active area measures 68.31x121.44mm. Interface used is 4-lane MIPI. A version without a touch panel is also available.

Iexcellence has an in-house R&D team, which releases two new products every month. Its major customers include Huawei and Xiaomi.
