The alkali-resistant knives in the HM-KF14-057 model from Yangjiang Henmon Trade & Industrial Co. Ltd can be mounted on a holder that stands up on one end to resemble an easel. The knives are also acid-resistant and chemically inert so they do not react with food. Blades are made of 3CR13 while handles are in PP or TPR.

The set consists of a chef's, carving and bread knife, each of which is 8in long and 1.5mm thick. Also included are a 4.5in utility and 3.5in paring knife, both with a thickness of 1mm. The cutting board measures 2.2mm thick. It can fit into the holder as well.
