The PR403-XCMG 6M Paving Width Pavers model from Jinan Sinotruck Co. Ltd adopts a double-vibrator gas heating screed with stepless adjustable frequency, making it suitable for all paving conditions. The asphalt paver's screed lifting cylinder incorporates floatation and lock-up functions, which can be equipped with an eccentric vibration device. Its drive system is capable of left and right independent drive, and adopts microcomputer controls and automatic constant speed control technology.

The unit is powered by a turbocharged D6114 diesel engine with an extra-large radiator cooling system. It has a high-capacity material distribution box, large spiral pitch, 360x420mm distribution blade, 28BH and reinforced drive chain. Maximum transmitted capability of the distribution shaft is 5,000Nm. The paver has two reverse blades at the center of the distribution bin, eliminating the need for a segregation belt. Its material distribution system uses two sets of independent closed hydraulic circuits that feature independent control and two-stage proportional speed regulation. The unit also integrates automatic electronic leveling.
