Yangzhou Positioning Tech Co. Ltd’s model YZPST-IXFN38N100Q2 is an equivalent of or alternative to an IXFN38N100Q2 MOSFET module. It has an N-channel enhancement mode, low total gate charge, internal gate resistance and reverse recovery time, and is avalanche-rated.
This module is made using a double metal process for low gate resistance and has a miniBLOC insulated package with aluminum nitride isolation. It has a fast intrinsic rectifier. Applications include DC-DC converters, switched- and resonant-mode power supplies, DC choppers and pulse generators.
