The device employs a 7in capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. It adopts front and back cameras that shoot at 0.3MP. Wi-Fi and G-sensor are supported.

The tablet runs Android 4.4.4 Kitkat on an Allwinner A33 1.3GHz quadcore CPU. It is powered by a 2,000mAh Li-polymer battery.

Hiway owns a 3,000sqm factory. Monthly capacity reaches 200,000 to 250,000 units.
