It's time for sourcing, restaurant robots are getting smarter and the market is poised for steady growth.

Do you know that there are already restaurants in China that are almost entirely run by robots? The future of dining is definitely here.
Among the outstanding features those robots have are multi- or bulk order processing, restaurant condition monitoring, long-lasting power and order cancellation and addition analysis. Robots are showing that they can now do what people do. Is this scary or amusing? Whichever it is, what's certain is that robots now have a big market they are appealing to.
In fact, the service robots market covering various industries is predicted to surpass more than $30 billion in market value by 2024, growing by 15 percent annually from 2018 to the said year, according to a Market Research Engine report. Research and Markets also says that food robotics industry is poised for an 11.8 percent rise this 2019, with imports and exports of food robots increasing.
Service robots, including restaurant robots, are also growing in popularity for they are said to be more accurate and cost less than real employees.
Planning to jump into the food robotics market? With stable growth expected in the segment, sourcing those kinds of service robots is promising. It can also be easy with many Asia and China makers now offering versatile restaurant robots. There are already some robots that look like human waiters holding LCDs, models that can serve multiple food trays with a smile, and versions that respond to requests for information.
