The AQUILA-1325A model from Hefei Aquila CNC Equipment Co. Ltd is a fully automatic CNC router furniture production line with drill cutting center. The machine incorporates six vacuum grippers with a maximum holding force of 160kg. Loading and unloading speed is 10m/min. The equipment has a T-slot vacuum table and a working area of 1,300x2,500x180mm. It integrates an X/Y helical gear rack and a Z ball screw drive.

Spindle power is 4.5kW HQD and 9kW HSD. Spindle, traveling and working speeds are 2,400rpm, 35m/min and 20m/min, respectively. The machine has a carousel type tool magazine with eight slots. The CNC production line adopts a Panasonic or Delta driving system and a Syntec, Osai or NC-Studio controller. It runs at 380VAC at 50Hz.
