Dahua's 4K NVR supports H.265

Dahua Technology released in March 2015 the new model NVR4208-8P-4K NVR. The product bears the in-house Dahua brand. The 4K NVR can decode H.265 stream. It is the first eco-savvy 4K NVR with its low power consumption and high stability.

The 4K NVR's functions include P2P, Smart Add and PoE+. It also supports QR code scan, making it easier to login the device. Users can monitor any place remotely. When the “Smart Add” button is clicked, in the same router the IPC will be added to the NVR automatically. A maximum of 25.5W output for one port powers the bullet and speed dome cameras. The device is plug-and-play for easy installation. The maximum incoming bandwidth is 256Mbps. The 4K NVR is capable of up to 12MP preview and playback, up to 8-channels at 1080p (4-channel H.265+4-channel H.264) real-time live views, H.265/H.264/MJPEG dual codec decoding. It is ONVIF 2.4-based.
