Waylens Inc.'s Waylens Horizon Camera model is a dash camera with a 1/1.8in custom lens that lets in more light to the sensor for clearer images and less motion blur. The lens is made of seven glass elements wrapped in a metal barrel.

The dash camera also incorporates an image sensor that is 90 percent bigger than the usual 1/3in version. Each photoreceptor on the sensor is said to bring four times more light compared to those used on the iPhone 6s. The sensor features back illumination for capturing images even in low-light environments.

With a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 CPU, the dash camera also processes fast 318MP to 1080p H.264 videos at 60fps.
