The model Materializer Mega from Printact Ltd is a delta-style 3D printer with an aluminum chassis, carbon fiber robotic arms and industrial grade rails. Its nozzle measures 0.4mm in diameter and is able to print objects with a maximum volume of 290x330mm. Moving speed is adjustable from 20 to 200mm/s. The unit's XY axis positioning accuracy can reach 0.010mm while Z axis positioning precision is about 0.002mm. Optional layer thickness ranges from 0.06mm to 0.40mm.

The machine adopts FDM technology, and suits PLA, ABS and PETG filaments with a diameter of 1.75mm. Working temperature is below 240 C. The 3D printer is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux, and supports G-code, .stl and .obj, and multiple connections, including USB, SD card and Wi-Fi. Overall dimensions are 470x470x870mm.
