DJI Technology has released the Ronin 2 three-axis camera stabilizer with an enlarged camera cage and 50mm extendable arms, which can support DSLRs to full cinematic cameras and lenses. The gimbal can handle payloads up to 30lbs and with onboard GPS supports speeds of up to 120.7kph while delivering 0.02-degree subpixel level precision.

The model has a detachable grip for stand-alone function, foldaway feet for handheld filming and a quick-release mount compatible with basic handheld and jib configurations, ready, vehicle and aerial rigs, cable cams, cranes, camera stabilizer mounts and drones. Its axis-locking levers and fine-tuning knobs permit faster and more precise balancing, and auto-tune stability feature intelligently adjusts motor parameters in seconds.

The dual battery system supports hot swap function and can operate simultaneously or independently. Fully detachable, it doubles as a portable power supply.

DJI markets its products under the Phantom, Inspire, Osmo and Ronin brands.
