The unwinding unit is for coils in widths of 914, 1,000, 1,220, 1,250mm or as specified. It has a 5-ton capacity and 0 to 15-meter per minute speed. The feeding table is used for controlling the width and position of the steel plate and has the forming rollers. For the cutting system, Cr12MOV steel is used the blades.
The control cabinet, housing the PLC system, is a three-phase unit rated at 380V, 50Hz, but can be modified based on requirements.
This automatic machine measures about 6.8x1.6x1.45 meters.
