    Mortise lock mechanism

    Priced $200 to $400, the Fingerprint Password Lock, F2SG model from Deluns uses a standard mortise lock for security doors. The unit supports five administrator, 135 user and 10 temporary user fingerprints. Passwords and numerical user IDs give an extra layer of protection. The model uses a fingerprint algorithm with learning function. The fingerprint scanner has a dark background to prevent sunlight interference. The Class A lock adopts cast 304 stainless steel in its key components. MOQ is 10 units.

    Branded touch sensor

    Deluns’ model Fingerprint Lock, F3-SN model adopts an FPC touch fingerprint sensor. Texas Instruments chips are part of the core hardware. The model uses hierarchal rights management involving fingerprint recognition, passwords and numeric user IDs. It supports five administrator, 135 user and 10 temporary user fingerprints. A patented clutch gearbox reducer ensures a long lifespan.

    Biometrics, RFID combined

    The model F20 fingerprint door lock from Shenzhen Creature also has a built-in RFID card reader. A Mifare module is optional. Running on an ARM9 processor, the unit can record 100,000 fingerprints. The user name and fingerprint image are indicated on a 2.4in color TFT LCD. Recognition speed is less than 1 second. The model has USB, RS232 and TCP/IP ports. It supports 19 languages, including English, and simplified and traditional Chinese.

    OLED display

    Shenzhen Creature Technology Co. Ltd
    Shenzhen Creature’s model F30 fingerprint door lock uses a low-power OLED display with a wide viewing angle. The unit combines fingerprint, card and password recognition to ensure data security and integrity. Recognition speed does not exceed 1 second, and data is transferred via USB, RS485 U-disk and TCP/IP. FRR and FAR are less than 1 and 0.0001 percent, respectively. An RFID card reader module is built-in. The model is priced between $55 and $70 for an MOQ of 50 units.

    Extra verification modes

    ZKS Technology Inc.
    Aside from fingerprints, the G1 model from ZKS uses passwords and a remote control as verification modes. The unit, designed for single glass door gaps with a gap of more than 3mm, has a 200-fingerprint capacity. Response time is less than 1 second. The fingerprint sensor resolution is 500dpi and can recognize prints of children as young as 5 years old. The model displays the time and ID number, and has a USB port. Recommended door thickness is 8 to 10mm.

    10,000 transaction records

    ZKS Technology Inc.
    The model MW1 fingerprint door lock from ZKS stores 10,000 transaction records. It is designed for double glass doors 8 to 10mm thick and with a gap of more than 3mm. Fingerprint capacity is 200. The 500dpi sensor recognizes prints in less than 1 second. The model gives out voice and buzzer prompts. Aside from fingerprints, the model uses smart cards and a remote control to provide access. A wireless doorbell is built-in.
