FOB US$5.5: Is this the lowest-cost phone in the world?

The K110 from Shenzhen Kaliho has a 1.77in screen, supports Bluetooth and external memory cards.

Shenzhen Kaliho Technology Development Ltd claims that it produces the cheapest phone in the world—the K110—priced at only US$5.5 per set. the phone has native multi-language support and runs on the GSM850, GSM900, DCS1800 and PCS1900 frequencies.

The size of the K110 is 109x45.1x15.3mm with a weight of 36.8g. It uses a Coolsand 8851 CPU and contains 32MB+16MB memory (with optional expansion to 32MB+32MB). The screen is 1.77in and the resolution is 128x160 pixels. This phone also supports FM Radio, Bluetooth and external memory cards. The battery is a 400mAh Nokia 4C. The phone also has three optional components: Spreadtrum6531D CPU (+US$0.3), camera (+US$0.5) and 800mAh battery (+US$0.4).
