Multilayer ceramic capacitors in chip form dominate China's output, with share surpassing 95 percent of the total, and leaded types the rest.

The former comes in sizes of 1210, 1206, 0805, 0603, 0402, 0201 and 01005, with the last four constituting the mainstream range. All of Guangdong Hottech Industrial Co. Based on the dielectric material, there are classes 1 and 2 kinds. For resonant circuit applications, the first includes mainly C0G (NP0) units, and offers high stability and low loss.
