China-made caster wheels incorporate brakes and bearings for cargo protection and smooth movement.
When it comes to choosing caster wheels, buyers want safe and noiseless products, and that is what China releases are.
The latest caster wheels from China are equipped with brakes and shock absorbers in different parts to protect equipment, packages and any type of load being carried. Some caster wheels, when paired with a certain number of similar models, balance weight for a more stable movement.
Featured models in the selection below, ranging from light- to heavy-duty, can carry 30 to 400kg. Many are good for medical devices, cargo and furniture.
China-made caster wheels also operate with very minimal or no noise at all even on rough surfaces. Wheels with roller bearings move fine even with heavy load while those with ball bearings roll more smoothly but handle lighter load.

Jianglong Industrial & Trading Co. Ltd's model E8500-5 caster wheel has a shock absorber. It protects cargo and rolls silently on rough surfaces. When four or more of the same model are used, the product equalizes load to reduce overload and twisting. The 150x50 or 200x50mm caster wheel handles 350 to 400kg. Plate size is 114x160x6mm.
Double-ball bearing
Jianglong Industrial & Trading Co. Ltd also offers the 6600R model, a zinc-plated heavy-duty caster wheel that handles 250 to 850kg. It adopts a double-ball bearing. The wheel tread is in PU while the core is in aluminum. Wheel yoke sizes options are 100x50, 125x50, 150x50, 200x50 or 250x50cm.
Salt and spray test passer
The model 5 Inch heavy-duty caster wheel from Qingdao Golden Top Metal Products Co. Ltd is electroplated. The treated surface has passed a salt and spray test. The caster wheel handles 80 to 120kg and adopts a forged steel fork and precision ball bearing. Buyers can choose PU, PP, rubber, TPR or PVC as main material. Wheel diameter ranges from 65 to 125mm.
Universal, customizable
Shaanxi U'Luck Industries Co. Ltd’s model ULK-C10 universal caster wheel can be attached to various objects. Made of PU, PVC and rubber, it can be made into 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6in or customized sizes. Buyers can also specify the colors.
Noiseless
The 900387 model from Yangzhou Jiangqing Universal Wheel Fty works silently. The noiseless heavy-duty caster wheel can have a safety brake. The PU wheel of the 3in version is 75mm in diameter, 32mm wide, and can bear 70kg. The 4in version has a 100mm diameter, 32mm width and 80kg load capacity. The product can be zinc- or chrome-plated, or black spray-painted. Buyers can choose from red, gray and black, or a customized color for bulk orders.
Side brake
Safe for trolleys, refrigerators, furniture and sewing equipment, Yangzhou Jiangqing Universal Wheel Fty's 900043 model incorporates a side brake. It is held together by nylon screws, and uses a 50x21mm-diameter wheel that can handle 30 to 50kg. The bracket is in cold-rolled steel and zinc-plated. Its bearing is a precision double-row bead. The caster wheel's mounting height is 70mm.
