The range of flexible PCBs in China consists of single-and double-sided, and multilayer flexible PCBs.
Units have gold- or tin-plated, ENIG, immersion tin or OSP surface finish. In minimum line width and spacing, there are models with 1.4, 1.6, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4mil, with 2 and 3mil the most common. These have holes as small as 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25 or 0.3mm.
The main materials used in the production of flexible PCBs are 2 or 3-layer FCCLs, overlays, bonding sheets and stiffener.
Makers source the manufacturing inputs from Taiwan providers, including Taiflex, ThinFlex, AEM and Microcosm, and local companies Shengyi and Grace. On request, they use FCCLs from Japan companies such as Arisawa, Nippon Steel and Nitto Denko.
Despite rising labor cost, prices of flexible PCBs are expected to remain steady due to intense competition in the sector.

4-layer flexible PCB with ENIG surface finish
Golden Shine Circuits Ltd's model Shenhtak-0836 flexible PCB has a polyimide base and ENIG surface finish. The 4-layer unit has 3mil minimum line width and spacing, as small as 0.15mm holes, and ≥18µm outer copper. The board is 0.2±0.05mm in thickness. It meets CQC, RoHS and UL.

2-layer flexible PCB has UL94V-0 rating
The GooPCB-FQ638-#2869 model from GooPCB Technology (HK) Ltd is a flexible PCB with two layers, a 0.1mm-thick polyimide base and ENIG surface finish.
The UL94V-0-rated unit has 5.9mil minimum line width and spacing, and as small as 0.3mm holes. Rolled-annealed or electrodeposited copper in 25µm is used.
The minimum order is 10 units. Delivery is within 5 days.
2-layer flexible PCB with 0.2mm vias
Guangdong Chengde Printed Circuit Co. Ltd offers this 2-layer flexible PCB, model CD9522, which has 3.9mil minimum line width and spacing, 0.2mm minimum via size and ENIG surface finish. The finished board thickness is 0.15±0.03mm.
The minimum order is 10 units for delivery within 8 days.
Double-sided flexible PCB for cameras
This model PCB-Top-3542 double-sided flexible PCB from Top Electronic Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd is designed for cameras. It has ENIG surface finish, 3mil line width and spacing, and 1oz copper thickness. The unit measures 108x40mm.
