The V8-5 model is the latest Bluetooth gaming headset from Cosmic Ray Enterprises Co. Ltd. It is fitted with 32ohm, 50mm bass speaker driver units and delivers 7.1-channel surround stereo sound. The unit goes with a high-sensitive microphone that adopts acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction technology. Multiple audio modes are supported including HSP, HFP, A2DP and AVRCP. Working on Bluetooth 4.0+EDR, the unit has 10m transmission range. It comes with a Bluetooth adapter, allowing non-Bluetooth devices to connect with the headset. Working time is more than eight hours. Frequency is 2.402 to 2.480GHz and distortion rate is less than 1 percent. Output is 3.7V/40mA. Compatible gaming consoles include Xbox, PS3 and PS4.

Cosmic employs about 20 engineers. The company ships products under the CR brand.
